Fixed-price website builds
Custom, affordable websites built to turn traffic into revenue.
Designed, coded and SEO-built from scratch, live in days. Ten pages for $990. Add a Sanity CMS and blog for $1,990. A custom Shopify storefront for $2,490. Or split any build monthly from $50. AI-accelerated engineering changed what a proper website costs to build; we pass the difference on, and other agencies simply cannot follow.
01Why this is possible
The hours collapsed. The standard didn't.
Our engineers build with Claude Code and the latest AI tooling, supervised by the same senior team that ships our enterprise work, and we run builds back to back on one proven process. What used to take a studio six weeks now takes days, so the invoice no longer has to fund six weeks. Same custom design. Same hand-finished code. Same SEO discipline we apply to our own site. At this price, an agency billing by the hour loses money on every job. We don't, because the hours are gone.
02Every build, no exceptions
SEO best practice is the floor, not an upsell.
Custom design, custom code
No themes, no page builders. Designed for your business and hand-finished in modern code you own outright.
Lighthouse 95+ targets
Performance, accessibility, best practices and SEO tuned to the same 95+ bar we hold our own site to.
Core Web Vitals, green
Fast first paint, stable layout, instant interaction. The speed signals Google actually measures.
Structured data baked in
Schema.org markup for your business, services, products and FAQs, so search engines and AI assistants can cite you.
Search-ready from day one
Clean URLs, meta titles and descriptions, XML sitemap, Search Console submission and GA4 analytics wired.
Mobile-first, every screen
Designed at phone size first, because that is where most of your visitors are.
Fast global hosting, set up
Deployed to modern edge hosting with SSL. Typically a few dollars a month to run, in your name.
You own everything
Domain, hosting, code and content all sit in your accounts. No lock-in, no ransom on leaving.

Option four
Bespoke. Scoped, then fixed-quoted.
Web apps, multi-region builds, custom integrations, motion-rich brand work. When the brief is bigger than a productized build, our website scoping tool walks it with you in five to ten minutes: sitemap, features, CMS, timeline, and a fixed quote at the end, typically from $5,000. No discovery fees, no pitch decks.
Payment plans
Split any build over 12 or 24 months by card. Your site goes live on launch day, becomes fully yours when the plan completes, and you can settle the balance anytime. Upfront is always the cheapest way to buy; plan totals carry a margin for the convenience.
Optional care plan
$99/month: managed hosting, security and uptime monitoring, Core Web Vitals checks, and up to an hour of content changes every month. Cancel anytime. Or host it yourself; the site is yours either way.
04Proof, not promises
#1 local rankings within days

Lighthouse 95+ on every ship
Performance, accessibility, best practices and SEO. The site you are reading right now is the proof, and it was built the same way.

Domain pointed, SSL live, analytics and Search Console verified, handover notes delivered. Then it is yours.
06Questions
How is it this cheap?
Volume plus tooling. Our engineers build with Claude Code and the latest AI tooling, supervised by the senior team that ships our enterprise work, and we run builds back to back on a tight, proven process. What took a studio six weeks now takes days, so the invoice no longer has to fund six weeks. Hourly-billing agencies and freelancers cannot match the price without losing money. We can, because the hours are gone, not the standard.
Is it a template?
No. Every build is designed for your business and coded from scratch. Templates are how the old cheap websites were kept cheap. AI-assisted engineering is how this one is, without the compromise.
Why only one revision round?
Because endless revision rounds are exactly why agency websites cost five figures. Every build includes one consolidated round: you send a single list of changes, we apply it once, fast. Need another round? A flat $190. Want something structurally different mid-build? We re-scope it honestly instead of jamming it in. This discipline is a big part of how the price stays impossible and the timeline stays real.
How do the payment plans work?
Pick 12 or 24 months and pay by card, billed monthly through Stripe. Twelve months runs $99, $199 or $249 a month depending on the build; twenty-four months runs $50, $100 or $125. Your site goes live on launch day, not when the plan ends. The build becomes fully yours when the plan completes, and you can settle the remaining balance anytime. Paying upfront is always the cheapest way to buy; the plan totals carry a margin for the convenience.
What does it cost to run each month?
Less than the platforms. Hosting runs a few dollars a month on modern edge infrastructure, in your name. Sanity has a free tier that covers most small businesses, so the CMS typically costs nothing ongoing. Ecommerce builds pay Shopify its subscription, billed by Shopify directly, exactly as any Shopify store does. And when a payment plan finishes, the payments stop. The only optional ongoing cost from us is the $99/month care plan.
Why not just use Webflow, WordPress or a Shopify theme?
The builders charge a subscription forever, and you still have to design and build the site yourself on a template. A freelancer WordPress build usually costs more than this, then leaves you a treadmill of plugins, updates and security patches. A Shopify theme pays the same Shopify subscription our headless build does, just with a template up front. Our monthly plans sit in the same territory as those platform subscriptions, except the payments end, the site is custom-coded to this standard, and you own it outright. Renting a template versus owning an asset.
What can I edit on the Business CMS build?
Everything. Pages, services, posts, images, FAQs, team members, the lot. Sanity is the same headless CMS used on serious editorial sites, and your content is modelled properly for SEO rather than dumped in a page builder. Its free tier covers most small businesses, so there is typically no monthly CMS bill. You get a training session and plain-English docs, then you publish whenever you like and the site updates itself.
How does the custom ecommerce build work?
Shopify runs the engine: checkout, payments, inventory, orders and the admin where you manage products. We build a custom front end on top with Claude Code, so your store looks nothing like a theme and loads like a landing page, while you keep the most trusted checkout in retail. Your Shopify subscription is billed by Shopify directly and stays in your name.
Who actually builds it?
Involve Digital, a full-service digital agency founded in Sydney in 2013, working across Australia, New Zealand, the UK and the US. The same team that builds enterprise platforms and the site you are reading now. AI accelerates the work; senior engineers review and finish everything that ships.
What does "SEO best practice" actually mean here?
The technical foundation done properly: 95+ Lighthouse targets, green Core Web Vitals, structured data, clean information architecture, meta and Open Graph tags, XML sitemap, Search Console and GA4 wired. And real page structure: ten pages can own ten searches, which is why we do not sell one-pagers. One honest note: rankings also depend on your content, reviews and competition. The build removes every technical barrier; for the ongoing climb, the agency behind it does that too.
What do I need to provide?
Your logo, your content in draft form (we polish it), any photography you have, product details and images for ecommerce, and access to your domain. The content checklist arrives with your quote, and build timelines start once your content lands.
Are these timelines real?
Yes, measured in business days from the day your content arrives. Business ships in 7, Business CMS in 10, Ecommerce in 14. Build slots are limited each month and allocated in order, so the strategist will give you the next available start date upfront.
What about hosting and ongoing changes?
Hosting is set up in your name on modern edge infrastructure, typically a few dollars a month. If you would rather not think about it, the optional care plan at $99/month covers managed hosting, security and uptime monitoring, Core Web Vitals checks and up to an hour of content changes monthly. Cancel anytime. On the CMS build, most content changes are ones you make yourself in minutes.
My brief is bigger than this.
Then it belongs in the bespoke lane. Web apps, multi-region builds, custom integrations and motion-rich brand work run through our website scoping tool: five to ten minutes of guided questions covering sitemap, features, CMS and timeline, then a fixed quote, typically from $5,000. Same team, properly sized.
