01Features tell, benefits sell
Built different. Not built from a template.
GoHighLevel, Wix, Squarespace — each gives you its own templates and blocks to build with. We build in Next.js with Claude Code and deploy to Vercel's edge network, so every technical decision is made for your site, not inherited from a platform. The grey line on each card is what the template builders give you instead.
Next.js static generation
Every page is pre-built and served in under a second. Google says its ranking systems seek to reward good page experience, and speed is part of it.
Rendering and caching left to the platform
JSON-LD structured data on every page
Search engines get a precise, machine-readable account of what you do and where you work, on every page.
Defaults, or markup you fill in yourself
Core Web Vitals optimised at build time
No layout shifts, no slow images. These are the technical signals Google actually measures when it ranks local businesses.
Set by the platform, not engineered for your site
Vercel edge network, 126 locations
Visitors connect through the nearest of 126 locations, and pages are cached in 19 regions, Sydney and London among them.
A CDN of their own, run their way
Mobile-first build
Google indexes and ranks the mobile version of every site. Yours is designed at phone size first, so that version is never an afterthought.
Laid out on desktop, then adapted for phones
Semantic HTML + real heading structure
The structure search engines and screen readers rely on, written by an engineer for each page.
Markup generated by the builder
Canonical tags, sitemap.xml, robots.txt
One canonical address per page and a sitemap of real pages, so Google is pointed at the right version every time.
Auto-generated, or set up by hand
Google Analytics 4 + conversion tracking
You see exactly which pages and campaigns generate the calls and enquiries.
Built-in stats; GA4 is yours to set up
Google Business Profile embed + NAP schema
Your name, address and phone number match on every page, in the markup and on your Google Business Profile.
Kept in a settings panel
AEO-structured FAQ sections
Your answers are formatted for Google’s "People also ask" boxes and AI-generated summaries — the results people actually read now.
An FAQ block, written by you

What we aim at
At onboarding we agree your target searches together — your services in your areas, like “emergency plumber Parramatta”, chosen against real search-volume data. Those specific local searches are the winnable ones, and they are what the monthly work is aimed at. We will tell you honestly which we think you can take and which you cannot.
The terms
No setup fee. No lock-in — cancel with 30 days’ notice. First build live in 5–7 business days from the day your content lands. Prices exclude GST/VAT where applicable. Read the full Terms of Engagement before you subscribe — what the subscription covers, who owns what, and what happens to the site if you leave.
03Add-ons
Accelerate with add-ons.
Every add-on plugs into the same website and the same reporting — no second agency, no disconnected dashboards, no finger-pointing.
Google Ads management
from$500AUD/month + ad spend
Search campaigns built and managed on your own pages, each ad sent to the page written for its search: conversion tracking through GA4, and one optimisation report a month.
Best for: Businesses that want leads this month, not this quarter.
Monthly SEO
$300AUD/month
Keyword research, on-page optimisation and a new SEO content piece every month, aimed at the searches — and AI recommendations — your customers actually make. Rankings compound over months; Google Ads can bring in enquiries while they build.
Best for: The long game. On Starter, compare Growth first — it bundles SEO and usually wins on value.
Extra pages
$150AUD one-off
Additional service pages, suburb or location pages, case studies — each one SEO-optimised at build so it can own a search of its own.
Best for: Owning more searches, one page at a time.

05Guaranteed, not promised
What every build guarantees
Core Web Vitals: green
Google publishes a pass/fail speed standard and uses it to rank local businesses. On phones, about half of WordPress sites fail it, and WordPress runs nearly two in three CMS-built sites. We build every site to pass it — that is the point of the stack.
Live in 5–7 business days
Measured from the day your content lands, with a design review on a live link inside five. Build slots are limited each month and allocated in order.
Cancel with 30 days’ notice
No lock-in contract, no exit fee, no ransom. If you leave, we export your content and hand over a static copy of the site. The subscription earns its keep monthly or you walk.
The site you are reading right now is built on the same stack, by the same team, to the same bar. That is the proof — run it through any speed test you like.
06Recent builds
Built by this team. Live right now.
A few of the sites we've designed, built and run — garden care to broking to education. Different industries, same engineering bar. Outcome stories land in the case studies as the numbers are verified.
07Common questions
Common questions
Do I own my website?
You own your domain and every word and image on the site. The subscription covers the build, hosting, maintenance and updates on our infrastructure — and if you ever cancel, we export your content and provide a static HTML version of the site to take with you. No ransom, ever.
What if I already have a website?
We audit it for free. Whatever is worth keeping — content, images, pages that already rank — migrates across as part of the build. From the day the new site goes live, it has the full technical standard: speed, mobile layout and structured data.
Why Next.js instead of WordPress or GoHighLevel?
WordPress needs constant plugin updates and is the most-hacked platform on the web — and on phones, about half of its sites fail Google’s Core Web Vitals. GoHighLevel is a CRM with a website builder bolted on. Next.js is the framework behind the Nike and OpenAI websites. Your business deserves the same technical foundation, and AI-accelerated engineering means it no longer costs enterprise money.
Can I really cancel anytime?
Yes. Thirty days’ notice, no lock-in contract, no exit fee. We don’t believe in trapping clients — the subscription has to earn its keep every single month.
What’s the difference between the website and SEO?
The website is the foundation: fast, technically sound, properly structured. SEO — the Growth plan — is the ongoing work: new content every month, Google Business Profile activity, and rankings tracked in a report you can actually read. The website is your shop; SEO is making sure people can find it.
Do you guarantee I’ll rank on page one?
No, and be careful of anyone who does. Google is not ours to control and neither is your market — a guarantee would be a promise about someone else’s system. What we do commit to, in writing, is the work: at onboarding we agree your target searches together — your services in your areas, like “emergency plumber Parramatta”, chosen against real search-volume data — and every month the search work is aimed at those. Specific service-in-area searches are the winnable ones; broad one-word terms take far longer and aren’t what your customers type anyway. We’ll tell you straight which of your targets we think you can take, and show you real numbers from operators we’ve set up so you can judge for yourself.
How quickly will I see results?
Two different clocks. The website itself performs from day one — speed, mobile and Core Web Vitals are engineering, not luck. Search results compound: Google usually takes days to re-crawl and weeks to re-rank, local terms typically start moving inside the first one to two months, and the Growth plan’s monthly content work builds on itself from there. Anyone promising #1 rankings in a week is guessing or lying — which is why we scope the work the honest way instead: the specific local searches we agree together, worked on every month, with what’s actually moving shown in a report you can read.
Do you run the Google Ads as well?
Yes, as an add-on — and the pairing is the point. Your ads run to your own pages, built for the searches you are paying for, and Google rates the landing page behind every ad: higher-quality ads can often pay less per click. One team, one report, no finger-pointing between your ads people and your website people.
Which countries do you service?
Australia, New Zealand, the UK and the US. Prices show in your local currency automatically, and you can switch them manually under the pricing cards.
08Get started
Get a website that actually works.
No templates. No page builders. No surprises in month three. A fast, properly built website that helps customers find you — and a team that keeps it that way. Tell us about the business and we’ll reply within one business day.
Built for your trade
See the package on your own turf
Lawn & garden businesses
A page for every town on your run — the structure behind the Mr Mow rebuild, whose monthly Google search impressions tripled between April and August 2026.
Plumbers
New builds, commercial fitout, maintenance contracts — get found for the jobs you actually want, not just call-outs.
Electricians
Service calls get rung through. Solar, batteries and EV charging get researched for weeks — be findable for both.
Builders & renovators
Extensions and rebuilds get researched for a year, then settled by shortlist — a page for every project type you take on.
Cleaners
You’re selling a key, not a clean — and one client is worth years. Own them instead of renting them from a platform.
Painters
Prep is invisible on handover day — which is why it turns into a price race. Show the half of the job nobody can see.
