Remarketing services
for the buyers
who nearly enquired.
Most people leave a website without enquiring. Remarketing brings back the ones most likely to buy, across Google, YouTube, Meta and LinkedIn, with audiences built on what they did on your site. We measure it on qualified leads and revenue, and we cut it when it does not pay.
We have run thousands of campaigns,
across hundreds of clients.

Involve Digital runs remarketing for businesses in Australia and New Zealand as part of a measured lead generation system, judged on qualified leads, never priced per lead. Verified outcomes include an 11.52% click-to-conversion rate on retargeting for Charles Darwin University and 85 home loan conversions from retargeting for Teachers Mutual Bank. Where remarketing does not pay, we say so and move the budget.
What we deliver
The right people,
at the right moment.
01
Audiences built on intent
Not everyone who visits is worth following. We build audiences from what people did: the pages they read, the quote or form they started, how recently they came. Existing customers, people who already converted and job seekers are excluded. The smaller, sharper audience costs less and converts better than a list of every visitor.
02
Search remarketing and customer match
People who have visited your site search again before they buy. Remarketing lists for search ads let us bid harder for them when they do. Customer match brings your own prospect lists into Google and Meta. For Clinic to Cloud, customer match remarketing seeded from existing prospect data gave Google Ads a second job alongside capturing new demand: re-engaging warm prospects.
03
Display and YouTube
Display and video keep you in front of people across a long decision. For Teachers Mutual Bank, AdRoll retargeting carried visitor recapture across the long home-loan consideration window and delivered 85 home loan conversions at A$528 CPA, alongside search and Facebook in the same attributed system.
04
Meta and LinkedIn retargeting
Facebook and Instagram re-engage visitors at low cost. LinkedIn retargeting reaches people in a business context, which suits B2B. We split each by intent, so a visitor who started a quote sees a different message from one who read a single article.
05
Measured on revenue, and cut when it does not pay
Remarketing is easy to over-credit: it reaches people who were often coming back anyway. We judge it on qualified leads and sales in your CRM, cap how often people see an ad, and switch it off when it is not earning its place. For a specialist strata insurer, the remarketing layer showed no measurable contribution, so we paused it inside eight weeks and moved the budget to search.
Remarketing works best inside a full system. See how we run lead generation and Google Ads, or read the Charles Darwin University case study.
FAQ
Questions worth answering.
What is remarketing?
Remarketing, also called retargeting, shows ads to people who have already visited your website, used your app or are on your customer lists. It runs on Google search, display and YouTube, and on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. Its job is to bring back people who showed interest but did not enquire or buy.
Do you charge per lead?
No. When an agency is paid per lead, it is paid for volume, so it chases the cheapest form fills, and cheap form fills rarely become customers. We charge for the work, agree up front what a qualified lead is for your business, and report on qualified leads and the revenue they produce.
What results can remarketing deliver?
It depends on how many people visit and how sharply the audiences are built. For Charles Darwin University, an AdRoll retargeting track built from recent site visitors converted 11.52% of its clicks, at A$125.53 per conversion across a six-week intake campaign. For a specialist strata insurer it added nothing measurable, so we paused it. Both outcomes are why we measure it on its own.
Is remarketing allowed in Australia and New Zealand?
Yes, within platform policy and privacy law. Google does not allow advertiser-built audiences for sensitive categories such as health, negative financial status, gambling and religious beliefs, so some businesses cannot remarket at all on Google. Disclose remarketing and cookies in your privacy policy, and get advice on privacy obligations for your business.
How much should we spend on remarketing?
Usually a small share of the paid budget, because the audience is limited to people who have already visited. The ceiling is set by your traffic: a site with few visitors has little to remarket to, and more budget only means showing the same people the same ad more often. We size it from your audience and raise it only while it keeps producing qualified leads.
Will remarketing annoy people?
It can, when nobody manages it. We cap how often each person sees your ads, stop showing them once someone converts, rotate the creative, and end each audience after a sensible window, so the ads stay relevant rather than following people for months.
