The short version

What you are buying

The 90-Day Growth Guarantee is three steps, each priced separately and in your currency:

  • The Growth Diagnostic: A$1,500 in Australia, NZ$1,650 in New Zealand, US$1,500 in the United States and elsewhere. A one-off fee.
  • The 90-day Growth Sprint: A$4,500 a month for three months (A$13,500) in Australia, NZ$4,950 a month (NZ$14,850) in New Zealand, US$4,500 a month (US$13,500) in the United States and elsewhere. Invoiced monthly in advance. This is the part the guarantee covers.
  • The growth retainer: A$3,500 a month in Australia, NZ$3,850 in New Zealand, US$3,500 in the United States and elsewhere. Month to month, only if you choose to continue after the sprint.

The Growth Diagnostic

We read the last 90 days of your business: your accounting or job records, your website analytics, your ad accounts and your Google Business Profile. We need read-only access to these. We then tell you, in writing, which number we would be judged on, what your baseline is, what we would change in the sprint, and whether we believe we can improve it.

If we believe we can, we both sign two things: the baseline, and the sprint plan, which lists the work we will do and marks the few items the guarantee depends on. The diagnostic fee is then credited in full against your first sprint invoice.

If we believe we cannot, we say so, we refund the diagnostic fee in full, and you keep the written diagnostic.

If we say yes and you decide not to go ahead, the diagnostic fee is not refunded, and you keep the written diagnostic.

The number we are judged on

We agree one number with you, in writing, using the first of these that your records can support:

  • Revenue from new customers. Taken from your accounting software (Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks or similar). The strongest measure, and the one we push for.
  • Jobs or sales won. A count from your job system or CRM, if revenue per customer is not recorded reliably.
  • Qualified enquiries. Calls and forms that meet a definition we agree in writing. Used only if you choose not to share job or revenue records.

The baseline, and seasonal businesses

Where you have the records, the baseline is the same 90 days a year earlier, so a quiet season is compared with the same quiet season. Where you do not, it is the 90 days before the diagnostic, and any seasonal pattern you tell us about is written into the baseline before either of us signs it.

The baseline also records your prices, your monthly ad spend, the services and areas you offer, and what was and was not being tracked. If you change your prices during the sprint, we compare like for like: we measure jobs or sales won alongside revenue, as set out in the signed baseline.

When the 90 days start

The 90 days start on the day the tracking is working and, if the plan includes a new website, the day it goes live. We confirm that date to you in writing.

That date will be no later than 45 days after your first sprint invoice, unless the delay is caused by waiting on something we need from you. The setup time before the 90 days start is included in the three sprint fees; it never adds a fourth.

How the guarantee is tested

At the end of the 90 days we calculate the same number, the same way, from the same records, and put it side by side with the signed baseline. You see the working.

If it has improved by any amount, the sprint fees stand. If it has not improved, we refund every sprint fee you have paid within 14 days, or cancel any that have not yet been paid.

The sprint plan, and saying no

You approve the sprint plan before we start, so the decisions that matter are made once, together, with the baseline in front of us. You name one person who can approve work during the sprint.

Some items in the plan are marked as ones the guarantee depends on: for example re-contacting past customers, changing the pages your enquiries come from, or turning on tracking. You can say no to any of them. You will never be pressured to approve something you are not comfortable with.

If you decline one of those marked items, or one we add later and mark the same way, we tell you in writing, within two business days, what it is likely to cost the number. You then choose: approve it, approve an alternative we propose, or end the guarantee. If you end the guarantee, you can also stop the sprint and owe no further sprint fees. The fees already paid stand, and you keep everything built so far.

Items not marked in the plan never affect the guarantee, whatever you decide about them.

What the guarantee needs from you

These conditions exist because each one changes the result in a way neither of us could measure around. If one is not being met, we will tell you in writing at the time, so it is never a surprise at day 90.

  • Keep your monthly ad spend within 20% of the baseline, unless we agree a change in writing.
  • Tell us before you change your prices, your phone number, your website, or the services or areas you offer.
  • Follow up the enquiries the work produces, as you normally would.
  • Record your jobs and revenue honestly in the records we agreed to measure. We can only report what your records show.
  • Give us the access we need, and answer our questions and approval requests within five business days.

What the guarantee does not promise

We do not promise a position on Google or in AI answers, a particular number of enquiries, or an amount of income. The guarantee is about one agreed number improving. If it does not, you get your sprint fees back. It is not a promise about your business beyond that.

Ad spend paid to Google, Meta, Microsoft or any other platform, and third-party costs you pay directly (such as software subscriptions or printing), are yours and are not refunded.

If the sprint includes a new website

If the diagnostic shows your website is what is holding the number back, we rebuild it as part of the sprint, on the same platform as our small-business websites, at no extra charge during the sprint.

After the sprint, hosting and maintenance of the site are included in the growth retainer. If you do not continue, or if your sprint fees are refunded, the website is handled exactly as our small-business website terms describe: you keep your content and your domain and get a free static copy of the site, and you can buy the source code if you want it. We never hold your website or your data to ransom.

After the 90 days

If the number improved, you can continue on the growth retainer, month to month, cancellable with 30 days written notice. You can also stop at the end of the sprint and owe nothing further.

The guarantee applies to the first 90-day sprint only.

Who you are contracting with

Which Involve Digital company you are contracting with depends on where you are, and it is decided by the currency you are quoted in:

  • Priced in Australian dollars — your agreement is with Involve Digital Pty Ltd (ABN 84 165 142 996), Suite 526, 368 Sussex Street, Sydney NSW 2000, Australia, governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
  • Priced in any other currency — your agreement is with Involve Digital Limited (NZBN 9429046270870), governed by the laws of New Zealand. This is the New Zealand company; there is a separate British company of the same name, and the NZBN above is how you tell them apart.

Tax

Tax follows whichever company you are contracting with. Australian customers are charged 10% GST by the Australian company, which is registered for it. New Zealand customers are charged 15% GST by the New Zealand company, which is registered for it. Everywhere else, no GST is added — you may still have tax obligations of your own where you are, and those are yours to handle.

Your rights under consumer law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law (if you contracted with the Australian company) or the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986 (if you contracted with the New Zealand one), or any other law that cannot be excluded by agreement.

Where we are permitted to limit our liability, we limit it to re-supplying the service or paying the cost of having it re-supplied. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits or business — but that limit does not apply where the law says it cannot.

If we change these terms

These terms are versioned, and the version in force when you sign your baseline is the one that applies to your sprint. A later change never alters a sprint already under way.
