Sales · Outbound · Small-business packages
Good on the phone? Prove it — and keep 25%.
This is a commission-only, remote phone sales role with no cap and no salary. You call small businesses across Australia, New Zealand, the UK and the US, sell them a website-and-marketing subscription they genuinely need, and take a quarter of the revenue on every account you close — for as long as that account stays. The prospecting, research and paperwork are already handled. The selling is yours.

01The economics
How the money works.
The product is a monthly subscription (websites and marketing packages for small businesses, from A$297–$497 a month plus add-ons). Subscriptions recur — so your commission does too. Close an account once, get paid on it every month it stays.
Your share is 25% of the revenue on accounts you close. A single Growth account pays you roughly A$124 a month, every month. The job is stacking those — there is no cap, no tier reset, no quarter-end clawback.
Commission-only means exactly that: no base, no retainer. If that sentence makes your stomach drop, this is not your role. If your reaction is to ask how big the lists are — keep reading.
02What you get from us
You sell. The rest is handled.
- A browser dialler with local caller IDs in all four markets — you sound local in Auckland, Sydney, London and Milwaukee alike.
- Researched prospect lists, refreshed continuously — real small businesses with a reason to need the product. You can also add your own finds and work those.
- A prepared call card on every business before you dial: who they are, what their web presence looks like, a suggested opener and the objections likely coming.
- One-click pricing and a drafted proposal generated from your call, reviewed and sent same-day — you never write documents.
- Calls, outcomes and commissions tracked in one place. Who sold what is never a debate.
03The fit
Who you are
- You have real cold-calling hours behind you — outbound, not inbound, and you can talk about what you sold and how you opened.
- You treat a no as data. Forty dials without a wobble is a normal morning, not a bad day.
- You can hold a straight conversation with a tradie or a shop owner about their business without reading a script at them.
- You manage your own day. Nobody here checks your hours; the dial log and the closes speak for you.
What success looks like
- Your first closes land inside the first few weeks of serious dialling.
- Your book compounds — subscription accounts stack, so every month starts higher than the last.
- Owners you closed stay, because you sold them something that fits rather than something they had to be talked into.
- You stop needing the provided lists because your callbacks and referrals fill the day on their own.
